  Jo from St Johns taught us so many important things: 

How to correctly apply plasters and bandages to bruises and grazes.

We learnt how important it is to fit your bike helmets correctly.

Two fingers above your eyebrows.

I finger space under your chin strap and V fingers to hold the straps around your ears.

We also learnt how to look after an adult in an emergency. How to call for help (111) and how to put someone into the recovery position. We need to memorise our addresses and adult's phone numbers so we can give this information to emergency services.
